How to Use the AATMA Drivers App
To get started, you can download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (listed under “AATMA Drivers” by developer InfraTech Software Services).

1. Registration & Setup OTP Verification: You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS to verify your identity.

Profile Setup: Once logged in, you may need to set a password and provide basic contact details.

Add Vehicles: To receive notifications and manage tickets, you must register your license plate number and vehicle details within the app profile.

2. Managing Parking
Check-In: When you enter a participating parking lot, the system (often via an attendant or camera) logs your entry.

Fee Tracking: The app tracks your parking duration.

Payment: Before leaving, you can view the calculated fee and pay digitally. You will typically receive a confirmation SMS once the payment is processed.

3. Handling Violations
Notifications: If you are cited for a traffic rule breach, the app will alert you.

Evidence & Details: You can view the specific details of the violation (time, location, and type).

Pay or Dispute: You can choose to pay the fine immediately via the app’s payment gateway or file a formal dispute if you believe the ticket was issued in error.
